
The Olive Grove in the Heart
PASSION FOR GREEN



We are located at approximately 250 meters above sea level, in an area characterized by rolling hills and fertile soils ideal for olive growing. Here, the landscape benefits from a unique, breezy microclimate, influenced by both the sea winds blowing up from the coast and the cooler, drier mountain winds: a combination that favors slow ripening, healthy fruit, and oils with a complex aromatic profile.
Among our hills, we cultivate six hectares of olive groves: two are historic, while the remaining four are newly planted. We have chosen to plant Tuscan varieties at risk of extinction, helping to preserve them over time and thus becoming custodian growers.
During harvest time, you can visit us directly in the fields and share a small moment of agricultural life with us. At the end of the day, the olives are taken to the local mill, La Pieve di Luca Petri, equipped with modern equipment that allows us to produce a fragrant oil that is different every year.
We are also an organic farm, because we believe in agriculture that respects the land and its identity.
